| Somatic means "the living body in its wholeness". Since 1989, we've been helping people improve the quality of their lives. The staff of 6 combined has over 75 years of experience and has extensive training in integrative bodywork, massage therapy and health care. The group specializes in: treating and preventing injury, life coaching, stress-reduction, pain relief, achieving better flexibility and posture and helping our clients achieve optimal wellness. Sessions are available by appointment. We look forward to working with you! |
